We invented a hybrid manufacturing process that gives you the design freedom of digital with the optical quality of traditional. Here's how it works.
Send us your CAD file with the optical geometry. Freeform, aspheric, complex — we handle it all.
We convert your design into a precision mold using our proprietary 3D printing process. Micron-level accuracy, any geometry.
Components — waveguides, sensors, electronics — are positioned in the mold. Then we cast the lens around them in a single pour.
Out comes a single, thin, prescription-correct lens with technology built in. No bonding. No assembly. One lens.

Our patented Push-Pull lens technology enables seamless integration of prescription correction with reflective waveguide displays, creating ultra-thin eyepiece stacks for next-generation AR glasses.
Diffractive waveguides require either an airgap or low-refractive coating to function optimally. We pioneered an innovative technique for direct casting encapsulation around these waveguides while preserving the crucial airgap.
